In order to speed up the update process we try to import only campaigns that are activly spending. If a campaign has been started and deleted without a refresh on Profitario the adspend might get imported incorrectly.

To resolve this issue you need to go to the Settings Menu for the Facebook Integration. Link to Settings Menu

You now have to select the AdAccount that has been imported incorrectly. Now click the 'cog' symbol in the row of the adaccount you want to change.

Enable the switch 'Import all AdSets, not just active'.

You also have to change the date, from which you want to run the next refresh from, to a data before you delted a campaign.

Click Save and go back to the Dashboard. The refresh will now import all campaigns again from you AdAccount.
