How Can I Delete My AliExpress Orders?

You can delete imported AliExpress orders yourself, one at a time or several at once. Deleting removes the supplier order and its imported data from Profitario; it does not change anything on AliExpress or in the app you imported from.

Open the AliExpress Order List

In your shop, open Reports and choose Suppliers. Stay on the AliExpress tab and click Orders to open the full order list. Use the search field and filters at the top to find the orders you want to remove.

Delete a Single Order

Move your mouse over the order's row and click the trash icon that appears at the end of the row.

The screenshot shows a hovered order row. The trash icon sits at the far right, next to the details icon.

Delete Several Orders at Once

Tick the checkbox at the start of each order you want to remove. The checkbox in the header row selects every order on the page. A black bar appears above the table showing how many orders are selected: click Delete in that bar.

Confirm the Deletion

Both ways open the same confirmation dialog.

The option Also remove the cost from matched orders is ticked by default. When a supplier order is matched to one of your Shopify orders, its cost counts toward that order's profit. Leaving the option ticked removes the cost and recalculates the linked Shopify orders. Untick it if you only want the supplier order gone from the list but want to keep its cost in your profit numbers.

Deleting is permanent. The supplier order and its imported data cannot be restored inside Profitario.

Deleting does not block future imports. If your supplier integration imports the same AliExpress order again, for example during a full re-import, the order reappears in the list.
