Step 1 (Create an account)

First you need an account. To create one go to the register page. Enter your email and a secure password and click "Create Account".

Step 2 (Install the Chrome Extension)

To create Invoices we need Information about your AliExpress Orders. To provide us with this information you need to install our Chrome Extension in your browser.

All you have to do is go to the Chrome Webstore and install our Extension. Click here to download the Extension.

Step 3 (Authenticate the Extension)

After you have installed the Extension successfully you need to connect the Extension to Profitario Account.

If you go to your AliExpress OrderPage without the Extension beeing connected your will see a Notification like this. Profitario Authenticate Notification

Troubleshoot why the AliExpress order upload failed.

Accepted Answer

Here is a list to things to troubleshoot why the order upload might have failed.

||| You currently can't import orders before 01.01.2018. AliExpress has limited the access on their website for these orders.

Make sure you have selected the correct filters.

By default the dashboard will only show orders that have been paid in the last 7 days. To change this you need to select a timeframe that includes orders that have been paid. The timeframe can be changed on the top left of the dashboard.

Rerun import once again

Webpages sometimes fail to load and thus the export might get stuck. Just click 'Update Orders' once again and the export shouldt start up properly.

Error page

If you see an error message that a page is very busy right now please consider changing the upload speed. Change upload speed

Check if the extension is installed correctly

Go to Integrations -> Extensions (Click here) and look for the AliExpress logo. Right under the logo the UI should read 'Installed' in a white box.

If the text is stuck on 'Verifying … ' change the store on the dashboard and try again. Contact us in the live chat if this error still persists.

How to change the currency of AliExpress orders.

Accepted Answer

As Standard AlIExpress Orders always get exported in US Dollars. If you need the invoices in your local currency or if you need to check the amount you have paid with your credit card statment you can easily change the currency used by Profitario.

Do to that go to Settings -> AliExpress. (Click here)

Select the correct currency that you want to display on your invoice in the dropdown menu and click apply.

| If you have a lot of orders your account, the conversion might take a few minutes. Got to the dashboard to check the progress of the conversion process. || The currency you select here will also be used as cost for your shopify store and not just on the invoices.

Depending on the currency of the store you have currently selected on the dashboard, the UI might give you a warning that the currencies do not match.

How to change the AliExpress order upload speed.

We need to limit how fast we can scrape data from the AliExpress Order page to not get limited. After testing multiple settings we have figured out a save setting that should work for all users.

Page Delay: 5 seconds Order Delay: 1050 ms

|| Depending on your internet connection and your computer you might still get limited by AliExpress. If this happens increase the Order Delay and wait for 30 minutes before you start the export again.

AliExpress Extension Settings

Update Settings:

| The update settings are getting used when you click on 'Update Orders' to start an export.

Update Processing Orders It might take some time for an order to get shipped by your supplier. All Orders are in the state processing before they change to the state shipped. When this setting is enabled the extension will update all orders that are in the state processing
Update Shipped Orders After an order has been shipped AliExpress is waiting for the order to get delivered. When an order got delivered the state changes from shipped to finished. Orders might also get closed after a 60 day period from the day the order has been shipped. If you want to update orders that have been shipped you can enable this setting.

|| Enabling this setting might slow down the update process significantly.

How to add Transaction Fees?

Transaction Fee usually consist of three parts:

Variable Gateway Fee
Fixed Gateway Fee
Shopify Fee

The Variable Gateway Fee as well as the Fixed Gateway fee can be found in the Transaction fees table of yor gateway provider You can find the fee structure with simple google search ( gateway name + 'transaction fee')

The Variable Fee is always a percentage value. The Fixed Fee usually is a fixed value that get charged for every order.

The Shopify Fee depends on the plan your store is currently on. Link

Shopify Plan ($79/month): 1%
Advanced Shopify Plan ($299/month): 0.5%
