How Can I Delete My Profitario Account?

You can delete your Profitario account directly from your profile settings. Deletion is permanent and removes all of your data.

Step 1: Uninstall the App From Your Shopify Stores

Your account can only be deleted once the Profitario app has been uninstalled from all connected Shopify stores. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels, then remove the Profitario app from each store. Uninstalling also ends your subscription billing through Shopify.

The Delete Account section at the bottom of your profile settings lists every store on your account and shows whether the app is still Installed or already Uninstalled.

Once the app has been uninstalled from every store, your account and all data are deleted automatically within 48 hours — no further action is needed.

Step 2: Delete Immediately (Optional)

If you do not want to wait for the automatic deletion, you can delete your account right away:

1. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Settings.
2. On the Profile tab, scroll down to the Delete Account section.
3. Once every store shows Uninstalled (or no stores are connected), click Delete account. While a store still has the app installed, the button is disabled — hover over it to see why.
4. Tell us why you are leaving (at least 20 characters), then click Continue.
5. Type DELETE ALL DATA into the confirmation field and click Delete account.

You are signed out immediately and the deletion starts right away.

Good to Know

Only the account owner can delete the account. For team members the delete button stays disabled.

Deletion is permanent and GDPR compliant. All personal data, shops, orders, reports, and settings are removed and cannot be restored.

Uninstalling alone is enough. If you simply uninstall the app from all stores and do nothing else, your account and all data are removed automatically within 48 hours.
