Set a Password to Log In
When you open Profitario from your Shopify admin, Shopify signs you in automatically. That automatic sign-in does not work on your phone or in a browser tab you open yourself. To use Profitario there, set a password on your account once. After that you can log in anywhere with your email and password.
Why you need a password
Inside your Shopify admin, Profitario already knows who you are, so it logs you in for you. Outside the Shopify admin (a phone browser, a desktop browser tab you opened directly, or a home screen icon) there is no Shopify sign-in to fall back on. Profitario asks for your email and a password instead. You set this password once, from a computer.
Set your password
Do this on a desktop computer where you are already logged in to Profitario (open it from your Shopify admin).
- Click Settings, then open the Profile tab on the Account Settings page.
- In the Password section, click Send reset link. Profitario emails a link to the address shown just above, in the Email Address section.

- Open the email from Profitario and click the link inside.
- Enter your new password, confirm it, and save. Use at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
Your login email is the address shown in the Email Address section of the Profile tab. Use that email and your new password to sign in.
Log in with your email and password
Open profitario.com/app in any browser, on your phone or your computer:
- Enter your Email Address and Password.
- Click Log In.
