How does the usage charge work?

The usage charge is calculated daily using a rolling 30-day window. At the end of each day (11:59 PM in your account's timezone), our system automatically reviews your account activity to determine if additional charges apply.

Plan Differences

• Basic Plan: Subject to usage charges after 300 orders in any 30-day period
• Pro Plan: Unlimited orders with no usage fees - process as many orders as you need without additional charges

How It Works (Basic Plan)

For the Basic plan, the usage limit is 300 orders within any 30-day period. Here's the step-by-step process:

1. Daily Assessment: Every day at midnight, we calculate the total number of orders processed in the previous 30 days
2. Threshold Check: If your 30-day total exceeds 300 orders, usage charges are triggered
3. Charge Calculation: You'll be charged only for the orders that exceed your limit on that specific day

Example Scenario (Basic Plan)

Let's say on Day 30, you have processed 350 orders in the last 30 days. If you process 5 new orders on Day 30:

• Your 30-day total becomes 355 orders
• You've exceeded the 300-order limit by 3 orders
• You'll be charged for all 5 orders processed that day

Important Notes

• Usage charges only apply to Basic plan accounts
• Pro plan accounts enjoy unlimited order processing with no usage fees
• Usage charges are applied per order, not pro-rated
• The 30-day window is rolling, meaning it updates daily rather than resetting at the start of each month
• Orders from 31+ days ago automatically drop out of the calculation
• You can monitor your current usage in real-time through your account dashboard
• Consider upgrading to Pro if you consistently exceed 300 orders per month

Billing and Payment

For Basic plan users, usage charges are billed separately from your base subscription fee and will appear as a line item on your monthly invoice. These charges are non-refundable once incurred. Pro plan users will only see their fixed monthly subscription fee with no additional usage-based charges.
