How to connect Stripe with Profitario?

If you are using stripe as one of your payments gateways. Chances are you already got a Payment Dispute on stripe from one of your customers.

We know that sucks, but it's even worse if you don't know the effect disputes have on your bottom line.

The Stripe integration is included in every Profitario account and updates in realtime all your disputes.

Let's get started!

First go to the Stripe Dashboard and log in. Click here to open Dashboard.

Step 1 & 2:
In the Menu on the left click on 'Developers' and then on 'API keys'

Step 3:
Create a restricted key by clicking on '+ Create restricted key'. ( A restricted key only provides access to the fields you select in the following menu. Profitario will work with a standard key as well but we want to encourage you to use a restricted key)

Step 1,2 & 3

Step 4:
You can give your key a distinguishable name by typing into the field at the top of the page.

Step 5:
For this integration to work Profitario needs access to two fields. Charges and Disputes. You only need to provide read access.

Step 4 & 5

Step 6:
Once you have finished the previous step you can save your API key by clicking on 'Create key'.

Step 6

Step 7:
Your created key will show up under the menu for 'Restricted keys'. Click on 'Reveal live key token'. You now need to copy this key and paste it into the menu show in step 8.

Step 7

Step 8:
Paste the key onto the field for the API Key. (Click here) After that click 'Add API Key' to start the import.

Step 8
