Why Transaction Fees Sometimes Appear Later
You may notice that the Txn Fee column on the orders list shows a clock icon on a recent order instead of an amount. This means we are still waiting for your payment processor to confirm the exact fee. Fees always appear once the processor reports them.
What You'll See
On the orders list, the Txn Fee column shows one of the following:
A fee amount (e.g. €1.73) — the fee has arrived and is included in profit calculations.
A small clock icon — the order is recent and we are waiting foFew readersAdd Costs for Deleted Products and Variants
When you delete a product or variant in Shopify, the orders that sold it stay in your history, but the item they point to no longer exists in your catalog. Profitario marks these order lines as deleted and lets you set costs for them, so profit for past orders stays accurate.
Where Deleted Items Appear
