  Product costs (your cost of goods sold, or COGS) tell Profitario what you pay for each item you sell, so your profit numbers reflect reality. • Add Costs for Deleted Products and Variants

  When you delete a product or variant in Shopify, the orders that sold it stay in your history, but the item they point to no longer exists in your catalog. Profitario marks these order lines as deleted and lets you set costs for them, so profit for past orders stays accurate. Where Deleted Items Appear In the orders list. • Why Transaction Fees Sometimes Appear Later

  You may notice that the Txn Fee column on the orders list shows a clock icon on a recent order instead of an amount. This means we are still waiting for your payment processor to confirm the exact fee. Fees always appear once the processor reports them.
