How to change the currency of AliExpress orders?

Accepted Answer

By default AliExpress orders get exported in US-Dollars. If you need the invoices in your local currency or if you need to check the amount you have paid with your credit card statement you can easily change the currency used by Profitario. The currency can be changed on the AliExpress settings page.

Open AliExpress Settings

Select the correct currency that you want to display on your invoice in the dropdown menu and click apply.

|| The currency you select here has not effect on the cost added to your shopify orders. All costs added from AliExpress to your shopify orders are automatically converted to match your stores currency.

Click on 'Apply Currency' to save the new currency and start the conversion process.

How to add transaction fees?

Transaction Fees can be added in the Transaction Fee Menu. Link

||| Gateways will only show up in the menu when an order has been paid using this gatway.

Transaction Fee usually consist of three parts:

Variable Gateway Fee
Fixed Gateway Fee
Shopify Fee

The Variable Gateway Fee as well as the Fixed Gateway fee can be found in the Transaction fees table of yor gateway provider You can find the fee structure with simple google search ( gateway name + 'transaction fee')

The Variable Fee is always a percentage value. The Fixed Fee usually is a fixed value that get charged for every order.

The Shopify Fee depends on the plan your store is currently on. Link

Basic Shopify Plan ($29/month): 2%
Shopify Plan ($79/month): 1%
Advanced Shopify Plan ($299/month): 0.5%

How to change the AliExpress order upload settings?

What are the upload speed settings?

Parallel Uploads The biggest chunk of time during the upload is spent on waiting for responses from the AliExpress servers. To speed up the upload process you can controll the amount of parallel request the extension is sending to the AliExpress servers. Settings the parallel uploads to 5 will let the extension download 5 AliExpress orders at once.
Order Delay Slower computers might have issues rendering the AliExpress order list when we are going to fast with the upload. If you notice issues with the upload set the delay to about 1000ms to prevent issues. If you don't see any issues you can go as low as 100ms delay.

|| Some internet connections require us to go a little slower to prevent failed uploads and some computers are also to slow to handle fast upload speeds. While in most cases it is safe to completely remove the order delay we usually recommend going with 5 parallel uploads first before going higher.

How to create an Invoice from AliExpress with Profitario.

Create a Profitario account First you need an account. To create one go to the register page. Enter your email and a secure password and click "Create Account".
Install the Chrome Extension To create Invoices we need Information about your AliExpress Orders. To provide us with this information you need to install our Chrome Extension in your browser.

All you have to do is go to the Chrome Webstore and install our Extension. Click here to download the Extension.

Authenticate the Extension After you have installed the Extension successfully you need to connect the Extension to Profitario Account.

If you go to your AliExpress OrderPage without the Extension beeing connected your will see a Notification like this. Profitario Authenticate Notification

How can I delete my Profitario account?

We are fully GDPR compliant so you can delete your account at any time by sending an email to support@profitario.com. Make sure to send the email from the address you have used to create your account so we can process your request as fast as possible. We usually need 2 business days to delete an account.
