Why did the AliExpress order upload with the extension fail?
Here is a list to things to troubleshoot why the order upload might have failed. Make sure you have selected the correct timeframe and no filters are applied. By default the dashboard will only show orders that have been paid in the last 7 days. To change this you need to select a timeframe that includes orders that have been paid. The timeframe can be changed on the top left of the dashboard. Why is the cost form AliExpress not used in the Dashboard? We use the tracking number from AliExpress to connect AliExpress orders to Shopify orders. When your AliExpress order has not been shipped yet, you have not updated the orders since they have been shipped or the AliExpress tracking number does not match the tracking number of a Shopify order we are not be able to add the expense to the order. We do not automatically import the latest orders from your AliExpress account. Every time you want to upload orders you have to go to the AliExpress order list and click on Start Update in the extension. When you click on Start Update the extension will do two things. The extension will upload all new orders. The extension will update all orders in you account that need updating. Shopify does not provided thoose numbers through the API. To add thoose numbers to your dasboard you have to connect the Google Analytics Integration to your account. Click here to connect Google Analytics. I have the Integration installed but the numbers are still not showing up. Once the Integration is installed you have to select the correct shop for your Google Analytics Property otherwise the numbers will show up on the wFew readers
